Beginning as a manager for several retail Tandy (Radio Shack) outlets, Steve went on to spend eight years as Vice President and General Manager of Bryce Audio Video in New York City, a $30 million dealer/distributor of pro video products. Bryce employed approximately 100 employees with eight department managers reporting directly to Steve. Besides P&L responsibilities, he also handled personnel matters and merchandising, advertising, sales, and planning. Steve left in 1987 to form his own marketing company, now Rockie Reps.
After years as a independent consultant Paul Cruz has joined Rockie Reps. Paul brings more than a decade's experience in problem solving, expansion and integration of opportunities for his clients.
